About Reggie
As CEO of Tax Concepts and Consulting LLC, Reggie brings more than 30 years of expertise in accounting, taxation, and auditing to clients across the Hampton Roads community and beyond. A proud graduate of Norfolk State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, he is known for blending deep technical knowledge with personalized, client-focused service.
Reggie specializes in strategic tax planning, compliance, and business formation, serving a diverse range of industries. His experience includes working with churches, construction companies, real estate firms, mental health organizations, and personal service businesses such as salons and barber shops.
Committed to both professional excellence and community leadership, Reggie serves on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Uplift Foundation and is an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. He currently serves as Assistant Keeper of Finance for the Gamma Xi Chapter and is a member of the Third District Audit Committee.
